About Level Health
Level Health is a multi-disciplinary health clinic that provides exceptional, evidence-informed care to empower patients with tools for sustainable wellness. Our highly trained practitioners develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve quality of life, optimize physiological function, and support long-term health outcomes.
About Our Chiropractors
A Doctor of Chiropractic is a primary healthcare provider who is an expert on the spine, muscles, joints (musculoskeletal system) and the related nervous system. Chiropractors have at least seven years of post-secondary education, including more than 4,200 hours in assessing, diagnosing, and treating issues that affect your body’s movement.
At Level Health, our Chiropractors develop individualized treatment plans after an initial assessment and work with our patients to determine the best course of action to relieve stiffness and pain, improve quality of life, and develop strategies to prevent it from returning. Treatments may consist of any combination of joint mobilizations/manipulations, soft tissue therapy, cupping, neurofunctional acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, therapeutic exercises, and education on self-management strategies.

About Our Acupuncturists
A Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) is a regulated healthcare professional in Ontario, trained in the principles and practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with a focus on diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions through holistic, evidence-informed methods. Registered Acupuncturists complete a minimum of three to four years of formal education in TCM, including rigorous clinical training and comprehensive board examinations administered by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
At Level Health, our Registered Acupuncturists conduct detailed initial assessments rooted in both TCM diagnostic principles and biomedical understanding. They develop individualized treatment plans designed to restore balance, optimize physiological function, and support long-term health outcomes. Treatment may include a combination of modalities such as acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping therapy, gua sha, acupressure massage, tuina, TDP heat lamp therapy, and dietary or lifestyle counselling.
With a strong emphasis on accurate diagnosis and patient-centered care, our Acupuncturists address a variety of health concerns—ranging from chronic pain, stress, digestive, bladder and hormonal imbalances, to fatigue and sleep disorders—while empowering patients with tools for sustainable wellness.
